Cooper was the top wide receiver selected in the 2015 draft following a three-year career at Alabama in which he appeared in 40 games with 30 starts. He left as the school's all time leader in receptions (228) receptions, receiving yards (3,463), and receiving touchdowns (31) while helping the Crimson Tide win the BCS National Championship in 2012.
As a senior his SEC record 1727 receiving yards along with his 16 touchdowns helped him earn the Biletnikoff Award, SEC Offensive Player of the Year, a unanimous first-team All American, and a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.
He will take the practice field as a member of the Raiders Friday for the first time for the team's three-day rookie minicamp.
