Kick returns and wide receiver Trindon Holliday saw the field in training camp for the first time today. He had been placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list to begin camp with an undisclosed injury.
During walk-thrus and team sessions he stood on the side taking instruction as he is undoubtedly a bit behind after missing the first three days of camp.
Physically the 5-5, 162-pounder didn't appear to be limited at all, fully taking part in receiving drills as well as kick return drills.
The Raiders signed him during OTA's after the loss of seventh round rookie Andre Debose to an Achilles injury. Debose was drafted primarily as a return man which is the same role Holliday has played on four different teams the past four years. He has four career returns touchdowns -- two on kicks, two on punts.
There's plenty of time for him to catch up to his teammates with 11 days until the preseason opener and 13 practices left of camp.
Now only Stacy McGee remains on the PUP list with Rod Streater and Trent Richardson on the Non-Footbal Illness list.
