Brice Butler will be joining the Cowboys via trade according to multiple reports. The trade is conditional. If Butler is on the roster for six games for the Cowboys, the Raiders will also send a sixth round pick to the Cowboys in exchange for a fifth round pick according to ESPN. The reports don't say what the Raiders would receiver should the conditions not be met.
Brice Butler tweeted he was headed to the Cowboys.

The Cowboys lost wide receiver Dez Bryant to a broken foot in the season opener and it would appear they are trying to fill the void with the acquisition of Butler.
The 6-3, 210-pound receiver was entering his third season in the NFL after becoming a seventh round pick by the Raiders in the 2013 draft. He caught 30 passes for 383 yards and 2 touchdowns in his two seasons in Oakland.
Butler played well for the Raiders in preseason the past two years, but had fallen behind Seth Roberts on the depth chart. With the team carrying six receivers, they could afford to deal one.
