For the second week in a row, Raiders phenom Amari Cooper is up for Pepsi Rookie of the Week. This week he joins Latavius Murray (Ground POW) and Charles Woodson (Clutch POW) in Raiders weekly award nominees.
Last week Cooper was nominated for the award with a 7-catch, 109-yard, one-TD performance in a win over the Ravens. This week, he upped both his catches (8) and yards (134) in a win over the Browns in Cleveland. He had 103 yards by halftime.

Karlos Williams, RB, Buffalo Bills
Williams rushed for 110 yards on 12 carries (9.2 avg.) and a touchdown in the Bills' 41-14 victory against the Miami Dolphins.
Jordan Hicks, LB, Philadelphia Eagles
Hicks recorded 10 tackles, an interception, fumble recovery and a pass defensed in the Eagles' 24-17 win against the New York Jets.
Tyler Lockett, WR/KR, Seattle Seahawks
Lockett returned a kickoff 105 yards for a touchdown in the Seahawks' 26-0 win over the Chicago Bears.
Kwon Alexander, LB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Alexander recorded 10 tackles, two passes defensed and an interception against the Houston Texans.
