Despite a pretty solid training camp and preseason, undrafted rookie defensive tackle Leon Orr was unable to make the Raiders final 53-man roster. He has been release according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.

The 6-5, 323-pound defensive tackle played at Florida and was vying for a spot at nose tackle on a team with 6-3, 315 pound Dan Williams and 6-2, 334-pound Justin Ellis already in place. It was a tough task and Orr showed enough I foresee the team hoping he clears waivers so they can place him on the practice squad.
The defensive line as a whole for the Raiders had many players who had shown enough to make a case for the roster. There was going to be some tough calls to make by the coaching staff when deciding who got the ax.
