The Raiders have announced their cuts to get down to their initial 53-man roster. Here are the transactions they made today:

DE  Gary Wilkins
WR/KR  Devon Wylie

Released the following players:

WR  Kris Durham
S  Taylor Mays
QB  Christian Ponder
DL  C.J. Wilson

Waived/Injured the following player:

OT  Anthony Morris

Placed the following player on Reserve/Injured:

S Brandian Ross

These fulfill the NFL requirement for the team to get down to 53 players on the roster. You can expect some a few more moves before the roster is complete prior to the season opener.
