While all the buzz is surrounding second year pass rusher Khalil Mack as the first to ever be named All Pro at two positions (DE, LB), a player at the other end of his career is also doing some incredible things. Charles Woodson, who played his final NFL game last Sunday, has been named second team All Pro as a safety. He is 39 years old.
Woodson had already been named to the Pro Bowl after leading fan voting wire to wire. He lined up at both safety positions for the Raiders this season, leading the team in interceptions (5), and leading defensive backs in tackles (74).
His five interceptions at one time led the league and finished tied for sixth in the NFL.
This is the fourth time in his career he has been named second team All Pro and the 8th time he has been either first or second team All Pro -- his first time since being named first team All Pro in 2011.
