Raiders injury update: Clive Walford returns, Vadal Alexander latest right tackle missing

New, comments

The Raiders returned to practice today in preparation for their week 6 match-up with the Chiefs. Taking the field today was Clive Walford who missed last week’s game against the Chargers with a knee injury.

Also returning to practice was safety Nate Allen.

Still missing from practice were Latavius Murray (toe), and Menelik Watson (calf). Watson was joined by Vadal Alexander as injured right tackles. Alexander started the past two games due to injuries, but tweaked his ankle in the game Sunday and was replaced by Austin Howard who himself is not completely recovered from his ankle injury.

Though Howard and reserve right tackle Matt McCants both practiced today so they have a couple of options at the position.
