The curse is lifted. My streak of incorrect picks for Raiders games ended last week at 4. I picked the Raiders to beat the Chargers (along with the rest of the staff) and they did. Though, Raiders fans will be hoping my correct Raiders pick was just a one-week fluke.
Those correct picks didn't do much to bring up our overall records, though. A week after my best finish of the season, I was back at .500 in my picks. What a tough season it's been for predictions.
Our best finish last week was Asher at 9-5. He did so by being the only one of us to have faith in Marcus Mariota which I apparently (and shamefully) did not have to go into Miami and beat the Dolphins.
This week those lone wolves include Jeff taking the Rams to beat the Lions, and the Panthers to come out of New Orleans with a win. Surprisingly only Marcus thinks the high flying Falcons can beat the Seahawks in Seattle and RDreamer sees the Colts as the lesser of the evils in Houston.
Unanimous selections are the Broncos, Bills, Titans, Steelers, Patriots, and Cardinals.
