According to Adam Schefter, the Chiefs have signed former Oakland Raiders receiver Rod Streater to a contract.
Former Raiders WR Rod Streater reached agreement on a 1-year deal worth up to $4.8 million with KC, per source.

The 6'3", 216-pound wide receiver who was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Temple goes to Kansas City after barely playing at all for the last two seasons in Oakland due to a foot injury. He did have two very successful seasons in 2012 and 2013 playing in an anemic Raiders offense wherein he was one of the lone bright spots.
In Kansas City he will join an offense which doesn't feature their receivers very much, but Streater's presence could take some pressure off of the one receiver they do utilize, Jeremy Maclin. Streater does have a good shot at being a successful #2 wideout in that offense, but I hope he doesn't expect to rack up the stats.
