This time last year, J'Marcus Webb was a free agent afterthought. He eventually signed with the Raiders on a one year veteran minimum deal. The former tackle was moved to guard, where he started the entire season. This time around, he managed to slip into the first week of free agency signing, joining the Seahawks.

Obviously, starting all season for the team was outplaying his contract. It was for that reason that Monday he was given the highest performance-based bonus on the Raiders -- $266k.

Late in the season, when Austin Howard was injured, the Raiders shifted Webb back to right tackle which is where he started his career as a 7th round pick by the Chicago Bears. He also played left tackle for the Bears. He was later signed by the Vikings, moving back to right tackle.

The versatile lineman joins former Raiders head coach and offensive line coach Tom Cable in Seattle.
