The Raiders could face losing their defensive end and special teamer Benson Mayowa should the Dallas Cowboys make him an offer the Raiders are unwilling to match. That's because the Cowboys have placed on offer sheet on the restricted free agent according to Ian Rapoport.
RFA fun: #Cowboys will sign DE Benson Mayowa to an offer sheet today assuming his physical is OK on his visit. #Raiders have 5 days to match

Mayowa was a restricted free agent this offseason and the Raiders placed a low round tender on him. What that means is a team could sign him to an offer sheet and the Raiders would have five days to match. As Mayowa was originally undrafted, should the Raiders not match the offer for him, they would not receive any draft compensation for the loss.
The Seahawks originally signed him out of Idaho prior to the 2013 season. He made the roster that year, appearing in 2 games. The following year, he was among the final roster cuts prior to the start of the season and the Raiders claimed him on waivers. He has appeared in 28 games over the past two seasons, making 3 starts at defensive end.
