The NFL schedule is formulaic. We know 14 of the 16 opponents each year before it comes out. The Raiders will play the AFC West teams twice each year, which makes up six of the games. They will also play a rotating AFC and NFC division, which makes up eight more games. The Raiders will also play the teams in the other AFC divisions who finished in the same spot as them in the standings. That makes up all 16 opponents on the schedule each year.
