New Raiders get their jersey numbers, Ben Heeney changes numbers

Finally, the newest members of the Raiders have their numbers. They had taken the field for the first offseason workouts last week. They will take the field again for OTA's on March 22, wearing their numbers as seen here.

Here are those numbers both for the newcomers as well as a few number changes:

New additions:

No. 21 - Cornerback  Sean Smith (worn past two seasons with Kansas City Chiefs)
No. 27 - Safety  Reggie Nelson
No. 41 - Safety  Brynden Trawick
No. 48 - Longsnapper  Andrew East
No. 51 - Linebacker  Bruce Irvin (worn all four previous seasons in NFL with Seattle Seahawks)
No. 56 - Linebacker  Daren Bates
No. 70 - Guard/Tackle  Kelechi Osemele

Raiders changing numbers:

No. 23 - Cornerback  Dexter McDonald (previously wore No. 21 now worn by Sean Smith)
No. 50 - Linebacker Ben Heeney (previously wore No. 51. Now worn Bruce Irvin)
No. 87 - Tight end Colton Underwood (previously wore No. 48 and was listed as a linebacker)
