The AFC West has a new pass rusher with the Chargers taking Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa third overall. Bosa is arguably the top pass rusher in this draft and brings a new dynamic to the Chargers defense, which the Raiders offensive tackles will have to account for. But Raiders left tackle Donald Penn threw that challenge back, saying it's Bosa who needs to brush up on his tape of Penn, adding "I stay ready"

Regardless of the Raiders or any other AFC West readiness to face a guy like Bosa, he is a force to be reckoned with. The 6-5, 278-pounder had 26.0 sacks in three seasons for the Buckeyes along with 50.5 tackles for loss. Some have compared him to JJ Watt, which may just be draft talk.
If he is to live up to it, it's guys like Penn who he'll have to go through to prove it. And Penn isn't backing down.
