Raiders 2016 NFL Draft Radar: Best available for Day 3

New, comments

The third day of the draft begins with round four coming up at 9:00am Pacific Time (Noon ET) and there is still some very solid prospects to be had.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

After taking Karl Joseph, who was the top safety on the Raider Draft Radar, the team went off the grid with their next two picks. Jihad Ward at 44 was a shocker for the wrong reasons, while Shilique Calhoun was a pleasant surprise as he was expected to go higher than the middle of the third round.

So, the board has been ravaged through three rounds in two days. Now the longest day of them all begins. Where they start early and cram four rounds of ‘sleeper' picks into one day. The Raiders have five picks (two in the 5th round) currently and many positions still to cover.

After going defense with their first three picks, maybe the offense will get some attention over the final five picks. Here are the players still remaining that have the goods to become Raiders today:

Paul Perkins, RB, UCLA

Scooby Wright, ILB, Arizona

Devontae Booker, RB, Utah

Miles Killebrew, S, Southern Utah

Kalan Reed, CB, Southern Miss

Round 5
