The exact figures on Reggie Nelson's two-year deal with the Raiders are in. Initial reports had a max $12 million over two seasons, but that is if all incentives were reached. The base number is set at $8.5 over two seasons, according to Ben Volin of the Boston Globe.

Previous to Nelson's signing, the Raiders sat at $14.8 million in available money under the salary cap according to overthecap.com. Nelson's $4.25 million guaranteed base salary for 2016 brings that figure down to about $11 million in salary cap room.
Aldon Smith's cap figure is set at $4 million for 2016 and that figure was already factored in.
The projected cap money needed for the rookie pool for the Raiders is set at about $6.4 million which give the Raiders about $4.7 million still available to spend.
