Reggie McKenzie and the Oakland Raiders continue to make moves with their roster and add to their UDFA haul for 2016. They added three more UDFA players to the team today.
Denver Kirkland, G, Arkansas - 6'5, 340lbs
Jaydon Mickens, WR, Washington - 5'11, 170lbs
Terran Vaughn, G/C, Stephen F. Austin - 6'3, 315lbs
Silver & Black Pride's own RDreamer has already put out an article about Denver Kirkland, a three year starter out of Arkansas. It was to our chagrin that he wasn't announced in the initial wave of UDFA signings but are pleased to see him make the roster now.
The same thing happened with Washington WR Jaydon Mickens, except it was Tyler Green who was on top of that expected signee. Mickens is a smaller receiver that was expected to run better than his 4.51 40 yard time, but he does have potential if he can put on some size.
As for Terran Vaughn out of Stephen F. Austin, it's always nice to see Reggie continue to take shots on smaller school talent. Vaughn also is listed as a G/C, which is good because the Raiders still need depth at the center position.
