Raiders cornerback David Amerson along with Cal grad and current Chargers receiver Keenan Allen are alleging a former sports agent has swindled them out of some half a million dollars according to a report by WNCT in Raleigh North Carolina.

Former NC State receiver turned sports agent, Eric Leak, is being accused by Amerson of stealing $300,000 out of his bank account along with taking out a $100,000 loan which Amerson had to pay back.

Amerson played college ball at NC State before becoming a second round pick by Washington. He was claimed off waivers by the Raiders early last season.

Allen, a Greensboro North Carolina grad, claims fraudulently prepared a Power of Attorney for him and used it to get a $100,000 line of credit from a bank in Tennessee. Leak used that money to set up The Keenan Allen Foundation and then funneled money from the foundation to his own business, the warrants said.

The warrants also say a search of a home owned by Leak revealed that Leak provided improper benefits to an athlete at University of North Carolina. Though the warrants did not reveal the athlete or the sport.
