NFL Network began their list of the top 100 NFL players and making the list for the first time was Raiders third year quarterback Derek Carr right at number 100 on the overall list which is voted on by the players. He also came in at number 97 on Gregg Rosenthal's list.
"Derek Carr made a massive jump in his second season and doesn't need to get any better to be a huge asset for the Raiders for years to come." said Rosenthal.
Carr took to Twitter to thank those who voted him to the list:
Thank you to everyone that voted 4 me! It means a lot to me coming from teammates and opp players. Now that we have made it time to climb it— Derek Carr (@derekcarrqb) May 5, 2016
Carr sneaks onto the list after a season in which he threw for 3987 yards and 32 touchdowns to 13 interceptions to earn a trip to the Pro Bowl as an alternate. He helped lead the Raiders to a 7-9 record in 2015 -- their best record since going 8-8 in 2011.

The top 100 is a countdown, which means we could see several Raiders players as they get closer to number one. One would assume Khalil Mack will be closer to the single digits.
