It seems the Raiders are getting some respect amongst the players in the league this season- and that includes their free agent signings. New safety Reggie Nelson is #60 on the NFL's Top 100 list following his first Pro Bowl appearance after the 2015 season.

While Nelson is certainly one of the more recognizable figures in the league owing to his beautiful flowing dreadlocks, his eight interceptions in 2015 and his top-level play have gained him serious respect amongst his peers. His ball-hawk nature and coverage skills should be a perfect complement to the hard-hitting Karl Joseph this year in trying to bring the Oakland secondary back to prominence.
An interesting fact to note here is that Nelson ranked several spots above Seahawks safety Earl Thomas, who has been considered for several years to be the gold standard at safety in the NFL. Is Reggie Nelson actually better than Earl Thomas right now? Will Karl Joseph be better than both of them? This year will shed a lot of light on those questions.
Now that two Raiders are on the list, who else on the team do you think will make it? Khalil Mack is a lock for the Top 5, but do the Raiders have any other players in contention? Sean Smith? Amari Cooper? Kelechi Osemele? Tell us what you think.
