With the minicamp now done and perhaps because it's 'Reggie Friday' the Raiders locked up third round linebacker Shilique Calhoun to a 4-year contract. He was the last remaining draft pick the team had to sign which means their entire 2016 class in now under contract. Here is that class:

It was noted last month that there is good reason why third round picks were not getting signed by their respective clubs as quickly as the other selections, despite all draft pick salaries being slotted. Simply put, there are some details to be negotiated that don't make the contracts so cut and dry.

Calhoun was selected 75th overall out of Michigan State. Over four seasons with the Spartans, he totaled 131 tackles (74 solo), 44 tackles for loss. His 27 sacks ranks second in school history. His consistency was illustrated by the fact that he was named second-team All-American and first-team All-Big Ten three straight years.
