Sometimes coaches need coaching too. Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio consulted some of his players to assist him in taking the leap onto twitter. You can follow him @CoachDelRio.
His first tweet featured quite a selfie, featuring most of the team's 90-man roster behind him.
The team gave me for my 1st tweet & alot of coaching! Weigh in @RAIDERS fans #RETURNTOGREATNESS #RaiderNation pic.twitter.com/cN6zvLgQW0

The tweet also featured this year's hashtag #ReturnToGreatness which is far more ambitious than previous ones like #UnpaidDebt or #Allin. But don't worry, #TownBidness is timeless and still works.
Del Rio is already getting the hang of this twitter thing, using emojis and everything. First with the fist bump in the initial tweet and then giving twitter sports a thumbs up when they welcomed him to twitter.

I guess you could say he's coachable.
