Kelechi Osemele, Neiron Ball not practicing Monday for Raiders

Today the Raiders began their final week of preseason practices. Among those not participating were linebacker Neiron Ball and offensive guard, Kelechi Osemele.

Ball didn't dress for Saturday's third preseason game with an undisclosed injury. He was in on warm-ups not wearing a helmet and watched during drills.

The same went for Osemele today. If Osemele is injured, it most likely occurred in the game as he stayed in along with the rest of the first team offensive line into the third quarter. There is no need to have Osemele available this week as the final preseason game is mainly for the reserves anyway. Today he was replaced with the first team by reserve interior lineman, Jon Feliciano.

Mario Edwards Jr was also not present as he is still recovering from the hip injury he suffered this preseason.

Today the team announced 15 roster moves to get down to 75 players. Among them was placing tight end Gabe Holmes on injured reserve. You can see all of those roster moves here.
