Raiders-Saints inactives: Mychal Rivera healthy scratch

The inactives are out for the Raiders and Saints for their season opening game in New Orleans.

Howard is the only Raiders player who appeared on the injury report. He was ruled OUT this week with an ankle injury. All others, including Rivera are healthy scratches.

Spiller is a healthy scratch for the Saints. Offensive tackle Terron Armstead and wide receiver Michael Thomas were questionable for the game and both are active.
