Monday Night Football Doubleheader Game Time Open Thread

New, comments

Tonight will be the first Monday Night games of the regular season, with a double-header consisting of Pittsburgh vs. Washington and San Francisco vs. Los Angeles.

Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports

Greetings, Raider fans! Tonight we have an exciting double header of NFL football following an exciting Week 1. Up first is the Steelers, a team many are picking to go to the Super Bowl, against last year's Random NFC East Winner in the Washington Native Peoples. It should be an exciting game between two solid squads.

And then the nightcap will be between the LA Rams in their first regular season game in Los Angeles since 1994 and the woeful San Francisco 49ers, who are breaking in a new coach in Chip Kelly and trying to pretend that Blaine Gabbert is an NFL quarterback. The national anthem should be more exciting than this game itself. The Niners are known to steal opening-week wins against good opponents, so let's see what happens here.

As always, follow along with us in this thread and enjoy tonight's games! Stay tuned to Silver and Black Pride for the latest in NFL and Raiders news.
