Raiders-Titans second half open thread

This game was expected to be lower scoring than the first two weeks. Thus far, the low scoring has been mainly the Titans while the Raiders offense has scored a couple touchdowns and a field goal to take a 17-3 lead at the half.

Both teams scored on their opening drives, but the Titans field goal was answered by a Raiders touchdown drive, finished off by a Latavius Murray 22-yard run up the middle. The other touchdown was a pass in the right flat to Seth Roberts for 19 yards with just :33 second remaining in the half.

After the 69 points and over 1000 yards given up by the Raiders defense in the first two games, giving up just a field goal in the first half is a tremendous improvement.

The half ended with a pass defended by David Amerson that was intercepted by Reggie Nelson. Nelson didn't get out of bounds and the half ended.

Leaders:

Derek Carr 15 of 22 for 135 yards and a touchdown

DeAndre Washington 3 rushes for 49 yards

Amari Cooper 3 catches for 53 yards

Titans

Marcus Mariota 8 of 16 for 86 yards and an interception. 2 rushes for 22 yards.

Jace Amaro 2 catches, 33 yards
