Raiders officially announce roster cuts to get down to 53-man roster

After waiting more than three hours past the time when the team had to submit their cuts to the league office, the Raiders have made their cuts official for the rest of us. Here are the moves they made to pare the roster down to the mandatory 53-man limit:
