Greetings, Raider fans! The Great RaiderDamus is once again here to welcome you all to the first game of the 2016 NFL regular season. Tonight's game features a Super Bowl rematch between the Carolina Panthers and the Raiders' Most Hated Rival Denver Broncos from Mile High Stadium at Mile High brought to you by O'Dweeds.

While the Broncos certainly still have a great defense led by Von Miller and Demarcus Ware, they have lost a few pieces in Malik Jackson and Danny Trevathan so we will see if they can be as dominant as they were last year. The Panthers bring back largely the same team as last year if you squint really hard at their cornerbacks. Considering their tackle tandem was the worst in football, one wonders if that is a good thing.

Tonight's game will tell us a great deal about both teams. Has Cam Newton learned anything at all from his debacle of a Super Bowl? Can Trevor Siemien perform against an elite defense without wetting himself? Will G-reg Olsen's third leg get him into the end zone? Does Russell Okung still have a pulse?

Find out all this and more tonight at 5:30 PM Pacific Time on NBC.
