Raiders-Saints Thursday injury report: WR Michael Thomas suffers ankle injury

The Thursday injury report featured a new name on it. Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas was limited today with an ankle injury. Often times that means he was unable to finish practice, so his status will be worth monitoring. Dannell Ellerbe missed another practice with his quad injury.

Still not practicing for Raiders was reserve right tackle Austin Howard with the ankle injury he sustained in the team's final preseason game. If he missed practice on Friday, he will most likely be ruled out for the opener. Taking his place on the active roster would be swing tackle Matt McCants.
