AFC Championship Game Open Thread: Patriots vs. Steelers

New, comments

Two of the Raiders' most bitter enemies will square off to determine which team goes to their ninth Super Bowl.

Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

Greetings, Raider fans! The second and final game of Championship Sunday is up next, and it features two of the most hated teams to most of us- the Patriots, who cheated in the Tuck Rule game, and the Steelers, who cheated in the Immaculate Reception game. So, needless to say, let's all root for a giant meteor to strike Massachusetts this evening.

The Patriots beat the Texans last weekend because of course they did, and the Steelers won what may go down in history as the most boring playoff game of all time, outlasting the Chefs on the road in Kansas City.

No matter who wins this game, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. There will be sackcloth and ashes. There will be mass hysteria. There will be dogs and cats sleeping together. There may be a giant Twinkie.

And Dickless over here will probably go to the Super Bowl, where he will get manhandled by Matt Ryan and the Falcons Death Machine. And all God's people said, Amen.

This game can be seen on CBS at 3:45 p.m. Pacific and streamed goodness knows where.
