There are a few Raiders fans who are giving Marquette King the side eye today after he posed with Aqib Talib for a photo that made light of Talib ripping off Crabtree’s necklace in the Raiders’ last meeting with the Broncos.
Here’s a refresher on the chain ripping:
After the game, Talib bragged about it and said it was planned.
“He’s just been wearing that chain all year, man,” Talib said of Crabtree. “It’s just been growing on me, so I said if you wear that chain in front of me, I’m going to snatch it off. He wore it in front of me, so I had to snatch it off.”
And yet he wasn’t penalized or fined by the league for his actions.
Crabtree was not happy at all about Talib’s blatant, unsportsmanlike destruction of property, as you might expect, going as far as to say he “wanted to hit him.”
Yet despite this, Marquette King thought it appropriate to pose for this photo showing Talib re-enacting yanking off his teammate’s chain. And then Talib tweeted out.

It has seen some backlash from Raiders fans, as you might expect. And rightfully so. Can’t imagine Crabtree is too happy about it either.
