Greetings, Raider Nation! Today is the big day, the day we've all been waiting for. Today is the Raiders' first playoff game since the 2002 season. The Raiders will take on the Houston Texans today, led by Brock Osweiler, to whom the Raiders have never lost. Khalil Mack and co. will look to make his life miserable, as it usually goes.
On the Raiders' side of the ball, Oakland will have rookie fourth-rounder Connor Cook under center, for his first NFL start. The Texans are well familiar with throwing young quarterbacks into the fire of the playoffs, having had some success with T.J. Yates in the past. It remains to be seen whether Cook will be able to have that level of success.
The Raiders have nothing to lose here. Nobody expects them to win without their star quarterback, so look for them to come out and play aggressively. There's no reason to hold back now.
This game will be broadcast at 1:30 Pacific on ESPN and ABC and can be streamed live on ESPN3.
