National Championship Game Open Thread: Alabama vs. Clemson

New, comments

The two last teams standing will square off tonight for the College Football national title.

Greetings, football fans! Tonight we have a special treat, as the College Football Playoff comes to its conclusion with the game tonight between the reigning and defensing National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide and last year's runner-up Clemson Tigers.

Alabama is led by perhaps the finest defense in the nation and a young but exciting group of skill position players including freshman quarterback Jalen Hurts and running back Bo Scarborough, defended by the best offensive like SEC booster money can buy. Clemson has a defense that shut out Ohio Steak last week and is explosive on offense behind Heisman finalist quarterback Deshaun Watson and star wide receiver Mike Williams.

This game will begin at 5 PM Pacific and can be seen on every single ESPN channel and streamed on WatchESPN.

So who are you rooting for tonight? Are you on the side of the Process? Do you root for the Dark Lord Saban and his Empire?

Or are you going for Dabo Swinney and the Tigers tonight to unseat the kings of college football?

Or maybe you just want to see a fight?

No matter what your rooting interest in this game, though, we can all agree on one thing:
