Just as the Raiders left Sunday’s game banged up, that’s how they hit the practice field Wednesday. Among those who did not practice were Gareon Conley (shin), Antonio Hamilton (knee), Cory James (knee), Marquel Lee (ankle), Jamize Olawale (concussion), and Lee Smith (knee).

Conley missed last week’s game, while the others all were lost to injury in the game. Hamilton had surgery today so he is expected to be out for an extended period of time. The team signed free agent cornerback Demetrius McCray for depth in the absence of Conley and Hamilton.

Limited were David Amerson (shoulder), Derek Carr (back), Amari Cooper (knee), Gabe Jackson (foot), and DeAndre Washington (hamstring).

Cooper was the only player among the limited players who was active last Sunday. All others went in questionable and didn’t suit up.

Derek Carr may be listed as limited, but is expected to play, saying his back isn’t restrictive.
