At halftime, the Raiders trail the Patriots in Mexico City, 17-0. This game could and should have been 14-7, but Seth Roberts continued his awful game by fumbling the ball inside the 5-yard line, giving it back to the Patriots. They kicked a 62-yard field goal as time expired to add to their lead.

The Raiders have been able to move the ball, but they can’t finish drives. The receivers cannot catch, or hang on to the ball when they do catch it. Tom Brady has been a man possessed, going 20-24 for 201 yards and two scores in the game thus far. The Raiders aren’t getting much pressure and the secondary of the Raiders has not been able to hang with any of the Patriots receivers whatsoever.

Let’s hope for a miracle.
