A new name showed up on the injury report this week for the Dolphins. It’s center Mike Pouncey who missed practice Thursday with a hip/knee injury. Being without their starting center would be a considerable loss for the Dolphins, especially at such late notice, so it’s worth watching.

For the Raiders, David Amerson was back on the sideline. He had practiced Wednesday after missing last Sunday in Buffalo with a foot injury. With Gareon Conley and Demetrius McCray also not practicing, and Karl Joseph limited with a groin injury, the secondary is hurting.

Still missing from practice was right guard Gabe Jackson who has an ankle injury. Should he miss Friday’s practice, he will likely be replaced by Jon Feliciano for the second time this season.

Back at practice after missing Wednesday was linebacker Cory James. He was questionable heading into last week’s game and performed well, so I would expect that to be the case this week as well.
