Raiders-Broncos inactives: Three of Raiders top four 2016 draft picks healthy scratches

Today isn’t another bad sign for the Raiders 2016 draft picks. Jihad Ward (round 2), Shilique Calhoun (round 3), and Connor Cook (round 4) are all healthy scratches today. They also have two 2017 drafts not playing with David Sharpe (round 4), and Jylan Ward (round 7) both inactive.

Add 2017 top pick Gareon Conley, who is on injured reserve, and the Raiders will get nothing from six picks from the past two drafts, five of whom were chosen in the top four rounds of the draft.

The Broncos had five players questionable for the game, including defensive tackle Domata Peko who missed practice on Thursday and Friday with an illness. He will play in the game. The only player who was questionable who will not play is tight end Jeff Heuerman.
