What each Raiders player is wearing this week for ‘My cause, my cleats’

Each season the NFL does the ‘My Cause, My Cleats’ promotion in which each player wears a personalized pair of cleats for a cause that means something to them.

Here are the Raiders players and the causes they are promoting with their cleats this week.

Derek Carr - Valley Children’s Healthcare

“Mine are for Valley Children’s Hospital. That’s where my wife and I, our oldest son, Dallas, he had three surgeries there. They helped save his life. To have a place that was right there. I still call it Fresno, but right there in Madero. Just 10 minutes from the house. We were blessed and fortunate to have a place like that just that close. . . Just to be able to represent and create awareness for Valley Children’s means a lot to me. I know it’ll mean a lot to Dallas someday. I got his name on the cleats.”

Carr wore the above cleats to his press conference today.
