Late in the second quarter the Raiders finally got in the end zone. And their breakthrough came in a big way, with Derek Carr going up top for Johnny Holton for a 44-yard touchdown bomb. After which, Holton had his own unique touchdown celebration.

That would appear to be a pogo stick dance by Holton.
Update: Mystery solved. Holton said after the game that his dance is something they do in Coconut Grove called ‘The Drop’
That was Holton’s second catch of the season. His previous catch was a 64-yard touchdown catch. All he does is catch touchdowns now. That’s half his career catches.
The catch gave the Raiders a 10-6 lead. The Dolphins drove for a field goal to pull to 10-9. Then the Raiders drive back into field goal range and Giorgio Tavecchio hits a 53-yard field goal to give the Raiders a 13-9 lead at the half.
