NFL week 15 odds, betting lines: Cowboys 3-point favorites over Raiders in Oakland

Sunday night the 7-6 Cowboys will face the 6-7 Raiders in Oakland. The Cowboys are coming off two straight wins over division rivals in Washington and the New York Giants. The Raiders are coming off a demoralizing defeat in Kansas City to rival Chiefs.

Even without Ezekiel Elliott in the lineup for this game the Cowboys are a better looking team right now and for that reason they are favored by three points of the Raiders in Oakland on Sunday Night Football, according to courtesy of Odds Shark.

When Elliott was suspended initially, it looked like a great opportunity for the Raiders, who were coming off wins over the Chiefs and Dolphins heading into their bye week. But since then all the Raiders have done is win two ugly games against floundering teams (Broncos, Giants) and bookend those games with embarrassing losses to the Patriots and Chiefs.

The one thing that keeps this from being more than a 3-point Cowboys advantage is that the game is in Oakland where the Raiders haven’t lost in their last three games there and are 4-2 on the season. For that reason I wouldn’t count the Raiders out. They have been rather unpredictable this season, often leading to the question ‘Where did that come from?’
