Just as in our staff brackets, not one person submitted a bracket with the Falcons winning the Super Bowl. The tiebreaker for uk_raider is that he correctly picked a wildcard in the Packers to make the NFC Championship game. Having a bit too much faith in the Raiders to win a playoff game was his only mistake.
