Raiders have a lot of exciting players, but who are YOU most excited to watch in 2017?

New, comments

As a football fan, it’s pretty exciting to see the potential for elite play some of the Raiders players have. There should be some really good football played next season. It can be hard to choose who you are most excited to watch, but I’m going to make you pick one.

There are so many good choices.

Derek Carr comes to mind. Can he finally surpass 4000 yards?

Hometown hero Marshawn Lynch joins the fray. Can he return to form after nearly two years off?

The receiving corps has the likes of Amari Cooper, Michael Crabtree, and Cordarrelle Patterson. Coop and Crabs both surpassed 1000 yards last season. Patterson is electric with the ball in his hand whether it be as a receiver or as an All Pro return man.

New starting tight end Jared Cook ended last season on a hot streak. Can he keep it going with a new team?

The pass rushers include Defensive Player of the Year, Khalil Mack along with Bruce Irvin. Can Mack do it again? Can Irvin finally reach his goal of double digit sacks?

They should get some help from Mario Edwards inside. Can he finally stay healthy? If so, can he live up the potential he showed in his few games as a rookie?

Karl Joseph enters his second season at safety. He was on the All Rookie team last year. With a full offseason, can he make the jump to Pro Bowl caliber talent?

So much intrigue. It’s exciting. Let’s hear from you.
