Amari Cooper, Khalil Mack return to training camp practice for Raiders

New, comments

Good news early for the Raiders as they get Amari Cooper back at practice. The Pro Bowl receiver had missed the past couple weeks of practice with a left knee injury. He took the field in full uniform with pads.

Also returning was Khalil Mack who had missed all three training camp practices last week. He suited up for the game Saturday, but did not play.

Still not practicing are Gareon Conley who is on PUP with a shin injury, Jihad Ward who is also on PUP, Keith McGill (foot), Ben Heeney (NFI) and Cooper Helfet (NFI).

There are three days left of training camp with camp breaking this Thursday. The Raiders’ second preseason game is Saturday with the Los Angeles Rams coming to Oakland. With some good practices stringed together, we may see Cooper take the field with the rest of the starters, most of whom were held out of the preseason opener in Arizona.
