Football!

NFL: Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Football is back, baby! It’s been so long, I know you all missed it as much as I did. Soon enough, the Raiders will begin their quest for a Super Bowl trophy, but tonight’s game will feature their first preseason opponent, the Arizona Cardinals. Arizona will take on Dallas in a game which features, on paper, two of the best teams in the NFC. However, don’t expect to see too many top stars in this game.

According to Bleacher Report:

Bruce Arians has said he will not play Carson Palmer, David Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Patrick Peterson, Tyrann Mathieu or Chandler Jones.

Jason Garrett has left Maliek Collins, Ryan Switzer, Justin Durant, Jourdan Lewis and David Irving back in Dallas, and many other regulars will see limited action.

Well, that sucks. But some football is better than no football, and the Hall of Fame Game is always special no matter what garbage teams are playing in it.
