NFL week 3 odds, betting lines: Raiders 3.5-point favorites in Washington

It isn’t quite the huge 14-point spread the Raiders had against the Jets last week, but the Raiders are still favored again this week. They head to our nation’s capital where they are favored by more than a field goal on Sunday Night Football.

It’s a decent 3.5 margin in which the 2-0 Raiders are favored in Washington against a 1-1 squad, according to Bovada.lv and courtesy of Odds Shark.

At home in Oakland, they covered the spread and then some against the lowly Jets, winning by 25 points. In the opener, the Raiders were actually 1.5-point underdogs to the Titans and went on to win the game 26-16.

Being on Sunday night works in the Raiders favor. East Coast trips tend to work against visiting West Coast team if the game is during the day on Sunday because it means the West Coast team is three hours early. Sunday Night Football has no such issues for the Raiders.
