There was one change to Raiders’ injury report today. Sean Smith, who had practiced full on Wednesday was downgraded to limited with a neck injury Thursday. That neck injury kept him out of last week’s game against the Jets. It appears to be acting up again.
Others limited for the Raiders include Gareon Conley (shin), Amari Cooper (knee), Jared Cook (shoulder), and DeAndre Washington (hamstring).
Returning to practice for Washington is tight end Jordan Reed who has a rib/sternum injury. Having their top tight end would be important because the Raiders still struggle in that area. They caught a break last week facing the Jets without two of their tight ends. So, Reed’s status is one to watch.
Reed's pain is becoming more manageable, Gruden said. That's why he was able to get out there today.

Also upgraded for Washington is safety Deshazor Everett (knee) going from limited Wednesday to full Thursday.
Still limited were LB Mason Foster, RB Rob Kelley, OT Morgan Moses, S Montae Nicholson, and CB Josh Norman.
