Recently, we detailed the top five positions of need for the Raiders, with one additional potential need position. The order of those needs may be up for debate, but I don’t think the needs themselves are controversial.

If you’re wondering where Roquan Smith is, McShay has him listed among the outside linebackers. Which seems strange to me, but ok. Clearly he would be atop the ILB rankings if he were here.
