2018 CFB Playoff National Championship open thread: Alabama vs. Georgia

Greetings, Raider Nation! There is no NFL football today, but that doesn’t mean there is no gridiron action. Tonight marks the end of another long college football season, and it comes down to two SEC teams in the title game. Alabama takes on Georgia in Atlanta, coming to you live from Robotic Butthole Stadium.

There are a plethora of names in this game you will want to be familiar with as the Raiders prepare for the 2018 Draft. Alabama features wide receiver Calvin Ridley and running backs Damian Harris and Bo Scarbrough along with elite defenders such as defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick, who is a popular pick to be the Raiders’ choice in the first round of the next draft.

Georgia has a two-headed running attack with backs Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, both of whom are as elite as it gets. Georgia also has an elite defensive unit, let by linebacker Roquan Smith, who showed off his skills against the Oklahoma Sooners offense in the Rose Bowl.
