Before Jon Gruden took the stage inside the team’s training facility in front of a packed house of media and Raiders legends, Mark Davis and Reggie McKenzie took their seats on the stage. Then Mark said a few words before starting things off with an introduction video.

Shortly after the video, Jon Gruden took his place between Davis and McKenzie as the new head coach of the Oakland Raiders.
